The Foster hereby understands, promises, and agrees that in consideration of the receipt of this cat, that they and each of them forever release, discharge and covenant to hold harmless Lighthouse Animal Shelter and any other person, firm, or organization charged or chargeable with responsibility or liability, their heirs, administrators, executors, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, damages, costs, expenses, loss of services, actions and causes of action belonging to the said Foster, or to any other person or entity, arising out of any act or occurrence from the present time and particularly on account of the conduct, actions, adoption and/ or recovery by Lighthouse Animal Shelter of the dog identified in the contract attached.

I agree that all of the information which I have given above is correct as written, and I authorize Lighthouse Animal Shelter to verify this information. I also agree to relinquish the foster cat(s) in my care to Lighthouse Animal Shelter at their request. I agree to keep the foster cat indoors. Should I decide to adopt my foster cat, I will fill out an adoption contract and pay the adoption fee agreed upon by Lighthouse Animal Shelter. *
